My Blogging Journey: From Reader to Writer

    So I know there are a lot of similar blogs out there. But please, bear with and experience with my my journey of becoming an writer from an reader. I'm new to this world and I'm starting my writing/ blogging journey here with all you people.

    I have always been an ardent reader and have spent considerable amount of my childhood and adolescent time reading and getting grounded for the same.

What a blasphemy! I know, right!

    So obviously this has led to a rebel in me and I became an even more avid reader. This has also led to the emergence of the writer in me and I love writing. But till now, I have never thought, okay let me blog. I have not put much in my mind.

    Because, what use will it be? Who will read my blogs? I'm not that great and I'm not a celebrity that people will rush to keep updated.

    But you know what I thought, why not? What is stopping me? What is making me hesitant to write?

The only answer that I could come up was me.

    I was not taking the initiative to do the extra. I was not putting in the effort. I was the reason.

This stops now!!!

    Now, we have here my very first blog and my very first baby steps into something that I love doing. I don't know whether this will result in a career or an side hustle, but how will I know without even trying. Thoughts are just thoughts until you do something about it.

You may not write well everyday, but you can always edit a bad page. BUT YOU CAN'T EDIT A BLANK PAGE

    This is me doing it and turning it into actions. I would like you all to join me in my journey here and go through all ups and downs of it and let us see if this is feasible.

Can we earn money blogging?

    I don't know for sure. There are millions and millions of people here with their own blogs and everything. But, I've decided that I'll try this out and see where this leads me.

    I just can ensure you folks that I will take you guys on this roller-coaster ride, let you know how this is going on, is this feasible and if we can earn money, what are we looking at monetarily. I will keep everything updated here for you all and let's see whether this is financially beneficial for me.

    There are lot of websites out there, lot of competition and a lot of people who are really good in what they do and they have an already established followers.

    But I have complete faith that I can also attain those heights and I will also be there one day. It may take a year or ten, But I want to weather this storm and find out the calm on the other side.

Why am I trying to earn by blogging?

    Very great question. We are living in times where money is money and we need to live. Life is not simple and straightforward. So, yes money is important, though not the primary reason. I'll be clear here, I love writing and this is me finding something in myself.

You should do what you love, not what you require as per the society standards in life.

    This experience has given me a tremendous feeling of self-love and achievement and something extra in my love. Being said that, I'll also not deny that if I get some money or a passive source of income from this, it'll be the silver lining.

    Money does motivate people. It is not the primary motivator, but a heavy motivator. I believe that turning something that you absolutely love into something that also provides for you is the way of life.

Closing off for now

    Ergo, join me on my journey of the ups and downs, the highs and lowest of lows of this. And I'll let you all know the tricks and tips that I learn, also help you guys in avoiding the pitfalls that I might go through, so that you don't fall into the same one.
